YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

For family photography sessions in Brooklyn, Manhattan, or Queens, we recommend booking 4-6 weeks ahead, especially for fall (our busiest season). For maternity photography, we love photographing between 28-32 weeks, that sweet spot where you’re showing beautifully but still comfortable. Newborn photography sessions work best anytime in baby’s first couple of months, so reach out as soon as they arrive and we’ll find a time that works for your new family rhythm. If you need something sooner, contact us, weekdays tend to have more flexibility for last-minute sessions. Sessions outside of the city can require more planning with our photographers, so reach out as soon as you’re able to ensure we can schedule your preferred time.

Both packages include your full session and all high-resolution images. The difference is LOVE adds a complete set of mini prints from your session. These are small (2.5×3.5″), tactile, beautiful little things, the kind you stick on the fridge, tuck in your wallet, prop up in your kid’s room, or slip into an envelope for the grandparents. They show up in your life in a way that digital files just don’t. If you’re on the fence, get the LOVE package. You’ll be glad you did.

Life happens. If the weather’s bad or someone’s not feeling well, we’ll reschedule. No stress, no penalty. We’d rather wait for a day when everyone feels good and the light is right.

We’ve been photographing NYC kids for 15+ years and we know how to work with all of it. Honestly, some of our favorite sessions are the ones where parents were most worried beforehand. If your kid wants to run, we run with them. If they’re shy, we give them space. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s capturing your real family.

You have lots of options for printing and framing and for making albums directly from the shop attached to your gallery. We’re happy to help you make your selection or design your album. You can also download your images and share them and print them wherever you’d like.

We want you to love your photos. While it’s rare for families to be unhappy with their gallery, we’ll work with you to find the best possible solution.
